The following is a 1957 movie made in Charlotte, NC at the home of Jack Gilbert, brother to W. R. Gilbert better known to us grandkids as Pap Pap. We visited Uncle Jack in Charlotte along with my Grandmother and Pap Pap. This movie surfaced recently when we visited New York City with Anelise, our 13 year old granddaughter. We met with Tom (Tommy) Gilbert, my second cousin, after reuniting with that side of the family on Facebook. This is the only known moving picture of the three Gilbert Girls as youngsters (6, 7 and 9 years of age). What a treasure this is to me. Thank you, Tom!
